If you have problem signing in, check out the following before you sign in again:

You have difficulty in accessing the WorldBonus.com account because of a problem with your password:

1. When you fill in your sign in name and password, they cannot contain any spaces.
2. Your password must be within six to fifteen (6-15) characters long and your sign in name must be within six to twenty (6-20) characters long. 
3. Your password is restricted to numeric characters only
4. You should enable cookie of your browser

You forget your password

You can click "Forget Password" in the sign in form, WorldBonus.com will send the password to your email account that you registered.

You forget your sign in Name

You can send an email to us, providing your membership ID, merchant name, and some related personal information, like your name, email address or phone number. After validating your information, we would send you back your sign in name.
