Keep your account fresh
It is critical to let your worldbonus account fresh as we would review any inactive members and ask for activation request. There are two situation for an account to be classified as inactive:
1. You have not earned or redeemed any bonus in the past 6 month.
2. You have not access worldbonus account in the past 12 month.
If your account has been regarded as inactive and we do not receive any response on activation request, your account probably would be freeze after 7 working days. Thus, remember to fresh your account frequently.
Your account security
The personalized pages after you login shows your name, your registered merchant list, respective bonus balance information and provides you the promotion details of your registered merchants. Thus, all the most important information about your account will be exposed. If you use a computer that is not owned by yourself, it is very important that you should LOG OFF after you finish account enquiry. This will remove your cookie and prevent other users from having access to your account information. The log off option is found at the right corner.
There are still a few things to remember:
If you open multiple browser windows, one for WorldBonus and others for various browsing purposes, Please remember to shut down all browser windows before you log off, this would ensure that your cookie is deleted. Otherwise, somebody can trace back your pages and your personal information would be at risk.

How to Earn Bonus

Step 2
I'm a WorldBonus member!
It is extremely important to tell the merchant that you are a WorldBonus member before placing an order! They will help you log into the WorldBonus system via their restaurant ordering system (i.e. POS system). Remember to bring your prestigous membership card and show them.
Step 3
Keep the receipt!
After the transaction is finished, bonus redemption/earning details would be shown on the receipts. You are recommended to keep the receipt for your record. It helps you reviewing the previous bonus transactions with WorldBonus.com.
How to Redeem Benefits
This is the most exciting moment!
Step 1
Getting information
Likewise, check the bonus plan in the "Benefit" section first. Find out what benefit you can get, the name of those bonus campaigns which offer you that benefit, the deadline of the plan and other conditions you need to pay attention to. This step is important whenever you want to redeem benefit as the regulations may be changed in a certain period of time.

Keep the receipt!
