| 1. Why should I join WorldBonus.com? |
WorldBonus.com aims to provide a platform for you to manage all your bonus earned from merchants. We target at those who are tired of cutting coupons and collecting stamps. Here offers a "paperless", "automated" and convenient way to keep all your bonus profiles of different merchants in a single account.
| 2. Who can join WorldBonus? |
Anyone who is 15 or older can become a WorldBonus member.
| 3. Is this free to register a WorldBonus account? |
No registration fees! It's absolutely free!
| 4. Can I transfer the bonus points I've earned to other people, like my friends and family? |
Sorry, no. Your bonus are your own asset and can't be transferred to other account holders.

Sing In & Access WorldBonus account
| 1. When I try to sign in to my account, I get an access denied message. |
Make sure that everything is correct and enter the data again. If you are sure you haven't made any typo mistakes, try other troubleshooting methods here. If you forget your password, you can click "Forget Password" under the sign in form, WorldBonus.com will send your password to your email account that you registered. If you forget your sign in name, what you have to do is send an email to us, providing your membership ID, merchant name, and some related personal information, like your name, email address or phone number. After validating your information, we would send you back your sign in name.
| 2. What ways I can access my WorldBonus account? |
Basically you have two ways to access your WorldBonus account:
a. Via the Merchant Site
You may find a hyperlink in the merchant's website to redirect you to the sign in page of WorldBonus.com. After choosing the merchant logo and signing in, you will be in the bonus balance summary page.
b. Direct access to WorldBonus.com
You can simply type http://www.WorldBonus.com in the URL location bar in the browser. Once you sign in, you will be in the page that showing all merchants you have registered. Remember, you cannot go to the bonus balance sections unless you register the merchants.

| 1. How does the bonus transaction is recorded? |
In general, the bonus balance will be automatically updated after the transaction occurred though there would be short delays carried by varied connection speed.
In your case, when you dined in any Merchants, sign into the WorldBonus system, after you check out, every bonus you earned or redeemed will be recorded by the restaurant POS system first and then will be transferred to your WorldBonus account.

Disputes, Account Security & Credibility
| 1. How to maintain my security after signing in? |
The personalized pages after you signing in shows your name, your registered merchant list, respective bonus balance information and provides you the promotion details of your registered Merchants. Thus, all the most important information about your account will be there. If you use a computer that is a public or shared one, it is very important that you should sign out after you have done the account enquiry. This will end the sign in session and will prevent other users from having access to your account information. The sign out option can be found at the top right corner in most pages.
There are a few things to remember:
If you open multiple browser windows, (one for WorldBonus and others for various browsing purposes)please shut down all browser windows before you hit sign out to ensure that your session is deleted.
| 2. Does WorldBonus.com sell account holders' e-mail addresses and personal information to other merchants? |
Definitely not! WorldBonus.com is totally committed to your privacy and security. For the merchants you have selected to register, of course, would receive hottest promotion news from them. But for other merchants (affiliated/partner merchants), we will never release your name, e-mail address or other personal information to anyone on the purpose of making money. If you receive junk mail, you are welcomed to inform us and our representatives will immediately inspect the case. Click to know more about our privacy policy here.
| 3. How can I know the bonus I earned or spent has been recorded and are correctly credited or debited in my WorldBonus account? |
In general, we will record the bonus you earned through our merchants' ordering / sales system after the transaction occurred. For example, if you dine in a restaurant, every dollar that you spent will be calculated at a multiple set by the merchant as bonus. The restaurant ordering system will automatically credit or debit you bonus account once you earned or spent bonus. You can sign in to check your balance anytime you like.
| 4. What happens if I have disputes with merchants over the bonus transaction? |
WorldBonus.com is not responsible for the merchant's order and fulfillment issues. You need to resolve disputes directly with the merchant. WorldBonus.com will provide bonus record statement for testimony but will not be involved in any dispute.
WorldBonus.com only provides the platform for you to manage your bonus profiles in one single account online. We, of course, cannot guarantee the quality of services and products provided by the merchants.
Important Notice
Earning and redeeming bonus is mainly carried out by both of you and the merchant, if you have any queries or concerns about that transaction, you are recommend to contact the merchant first. Here is a list of recommendations for dealing with any issues you may have concerning our merchants:

* Though most of the bonus transaction are handled correctly, you are still recommended to review your transaction history and keep the monthly transaction statement and the previous transaction receipts in case you have disputes over the credibility.
Our merchants are generally very helpful in responding to queries. However, if you have not received a satisfactory answer, please feel free to lodge your complaints to us. We will look into the matter and co-ordinate our efforts with yours.
