Affiliated Merchants

In respect of any catering/retail groups joined in worldbonus scheme, including the subsidiaries, outlet of such groups.

Balance

This is the name of a section in WorldBonus.com. This is a section for members to check the bonus balance and other information of a specific merchant.

Bonus Account

The account own by worldbonus member for the purpose of bonus earning and redemption.

Bonus Record

This is the record listing the latest bonus transaction history in each individual outlet.

Bonus Summary

This is a summary listing the current bonus balance and the latest bonus earning amount and redeeming amount of one of the outlet.

Earn Bonus

To gather bonus point by spending money on merchants' goods or service.


M
Merchant card

This is a card displaying merchant's logo, name, the current bonus, and four icons for shortcut navigation. Members cannot view the bonus details unless to select cards.

My Bonus

The name of a section in WorldBonus.com. This is a section for members to select merchants from merchants card.


P
Promo

A short term of "Promotion". This is a name of a section in WorldBonus.com. It shows the details of the promotions launched by worldbonus affiliated merchants.


R
Redeem Bonus

Use, exchange or spend your bonus for benefit.


S
Shop Info

This is a name of a section in WorldBonus.com. This is a section where all merchants' information are listed for members' reference.

Suspect / Suspected Account

This is a situation that your account is freeze due to some technical problem occurred in bonus transaction. In this case, you cannot view the bonus information unless the account is released.

Suspend / Suspended Account

This is a situation that your account is freeze due to some matters other than technical side. It may be your merchant suspend your account. In this case, you can view all of your bonus information but you cannot earn or redeem any bonus. You should ask for advice from the merchant in order to release your account.
